A 3-Day Creative Photography Retreat
Transylvania Collective is a collaborative photography experience designed for photographers who want to create, explore and connect. This retreat focuses on shared inspiration, joint shooting sessions and authentic visual storytelling in some of the most beautiful regions of Transylvania.
This is not a workshop — it is a creative community experience.
Program Overview
Day 1 – Arrival & Creative Connection
Arrival and check-in at Abod Retreat
Welcome gathering and introductions
Portfolio sharing and creative alignment
Sunset warm-up shoot
The first day is about connection, inspiration and setting the creative tone.
Day 2 – Exploration & Shared Shooting
A full-day photography journey through carefully selected Transylvanian locations.
Sessions may include:
Traditional sheepfold (esztena) documentary photography
Landscape and environmental portrait sessions
Cultural and architectural storytelling
Golden hour outdoor shoot
Evening group dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 3 – Urban Photo Walk & Closing
Morning photo walk in a historic setting such as Sighișoara.
Street photography, architectural compositions and documentary sequences.
