In most countries, they are considered bicycles and follow the same rules as regular bikes.
S-Pedelec Bikes: Vehicles with an electric motor that assists pedaling up to a maximum speed of 45 km/h.
In most countries, these are considered motorcycles.
Electric Moped or Tricycle: Vehicles without pedals, often called e-bikes, but since they are powered solely by a motor rather than human effort, they are classified as motorcycles.
